Here is a interesting photo of the Wave Cave in the Superstition Mountains. It’s a tough trail with a 950 foot gain that is hard won over big rocks and slippery gravel.3 -

Rain in the morning, lunch at friends place, home after dark. 30 mins of bodyweight as walk was impractical.
Another drone race competition tomorrow. Hope it is not rained out.
I can post my bodyweight workout again if people want. No equipment except floor (bathmat and/or towel for any cushioning) and door frame. Only needs about a 4ft x 6ft area of clear floorspace. It's my "no excuses" workout as it can be done anywhere and only takes 30 mins at most.

@craigo3154 Yes please, I would be interested in your body weight exercise routine as I have a bit of floor space but no equipment bar some stretchy bands. Door frame is at an angle, but may be able to use it. Thanks!1

Exercise- yes, I did a 30 min chair workout from hasfit, my pt routine and vacuumed the house. I will not be trying to carry the vacuum up the stairs in a boot ever again. Really don’t know what I was thinking6 -

A long drive today, over 7 hours behind the wheel
Glad I got my exercise in early. Had a great day overall. After the winter I long to get out of the city as soon as it starts to feel like spring

@Craigo3154 – Thank you for posting the April UAC link. I, also, have joined. My exercise routines do require a small floor space….but I suspect your body weight routine is more strenuous than I’m capable of. I’m reminded that my granddaughter, at 4 years old, called me an “old lady,” so I would need the old lady version of your routine. I do admire your consistency on the forum. Good luck with the competition tomorrow! Drone racing seems to be quite the competitive challenge. Good for you for maintaining interest in your hobby!

March has been quite the washout out for me UAC wise. I will have to get my backside I gear for April, especially as I am going to England and Scotland and will be away for 3 weeks3 -

Impressive! Superstition Mountain is one of my favourites. We used to live close by and walk the dogs at the Hieroglyphic Trail on a Saturday morning. There is so much to enjoy in Arizona.
Have fun at the Cubs game, Larry went last Sunday but said his seat was rubbish, I hope you have better luck and have a fabulous day out.2 -

I'm also no spring chicken (I turn 50 in June) but I appreciate that what I do is strenuous and can be made less so.
The drone racing went well. I may be slower almost all the others, but I am WAY more consistent and ended up in the semi-finals for the day (top 10 out of over 20 competitors). Also broke much less too (only a few propellers). So a good day in comparison to last week.

The numbers here are a guide. I am stronger (and lighter) now than when I first posted it back up July last year. I now do more reps of everything.
Each exercise can be modified to be less intense (push ups can be from the knees, sit-ups can be crunches, door frame pulls can be two arms instead of one at a time. Inclined pushups can be knee pushups, The A40 set can be dropped entirely or reduced to 5+5+5+5, etc...)
The routine is designed to cycle through the muscle groups in order (arms, abs, legs).

Thanks @craigo3154. I will have to modify somewhat (jumping is out at the moment for me) but can certainly include most of the moves at the beginning of my Pilates sessions, which includes most of the abs stuff.
Pass day again here, so definitely out of the Winners' Circle for March. April will start with a Pass Day as we're out for lunch that day!2 -

A saga it has been the last few days! For Saturday, I ran on the track doing endurance and some sprinting.
My food has not been good....WHY? Because I have not been tracking. Need to get back to business!3 -
