    Someone really needs to reboot the spring installation here in the Philly area. More snow coming this weekend. I love tracking winter storms and even I am done with this weather.

    Exercise: TRX plank...first time ever. I had to practice getting my feet in and out of the stirrups. Thanks to a youtube video, I learned the move. Active Stretching and sweating for 25 minutes

    3 mile dog walk and lots of spring cleaning activity that ended with me planting a Jasmine vine. Got Larry off to England this afternoon, I will join him next Thursday. Until then, it’s just me and the puppies

    It's been very cold and wet here in North Yorkshire, and I admit that I am waiting for the weather to warm a little and the ground to dry out before I wipe the cobwebs off my bike. This coming weekend has potential, overcast and 6 degrees Celsius but the ground will be muddy. hmm, maybe, maybe not.... Perhaps I just need to commit.
