    Down 3.6 pounds this week. However, last Friday was a major "blip" after a week-long trip to a meeting. The reality is that I'm a little stuck right now. If I'm really going to lose the rest of the weight I'd like to, I've got to buckle down a bit more and solve two primary issues:

    First, I need to learn to keep things in better check when I travel.

    Second, I need to learn to keep things in better check when meals are provided for me.

    (these are related issues)

    The global issue, I guess, is that I do great when I'm in my own home environment, but once I'm out of that environment, things go downhill rapidly.
