Yesterday, April 19, this spring flower was shivering in the ice & snow.
It’s very unusual for us to have snow & ice this late into the spring.5 -
@RangerRickL I feel your pain. We are further south close to the land between the lakes in south west KY and it is supose to be 34 tonight. It's been cold and very windy. So ready for spring to stop playing tricks on us.1

Exercize: 35m warm up run/3k all out run/about 1.5k cool down + 2.5k swim intervals

I feel so dumb today, coach said 3k progressive run and I understood all out run. No wonder I was dying.
But I made pancakes for breakfast (fitting in my calories) so dumb or not, I'm happy.5 -
I pulled back out the turtlenecks it's too cold to wear spring clothes.
Yesterday was my second pass day I fell asleep in the recliner with the dog and hubby decided to let me sleep instead of go to swim class. I think he didn't want to deal with a disgruntled dog when I got up.
Another long day at work will definitely exercise at work so I don't have any more passes.2 -

Again got out in daylight.
New cat, Cleo, is now free to roam the house. The older cat, Fi, is the Alpha and asserts dominance (but not hostility), but Cleo has taken the Beta role and will readily give ground. Plenty of room and attention for both.
FPV race tomorrow (good weather forecast (yay!)), then afternoon tea with friends.
Looking forward to the weekend.
@RangerRickL. We are finding it unusually warm here for this time of year. It's like the seasons are moving slower.

Exercise- 30 minutes video most of it standing
Calories - under even with going to happy hour. Asking to get the Hummus with cucumber slices instead of pita saved the day

Exercised... Yes. One hour walk in village with DH. The sun was actually out and above 40 degrees, although windchill still in 30's. I'm just pleased to have some sunshine!
Calories... Yes
Tracked... Yes, I've also already logged the snack I'll have later this evening.
I'm really tempted to take a pass day just so I'm not constantly thinking about what I want vs. what I can have to eat to stay on track. Not sure the end result would be worth it, though. The last pass day I took didn't make me feel very pleased with either myself or the objective. I pretty much don't deny myself of anything... but little bits of this and little bits of that just make me want to have more of the things I really do like!6 -
Did ok today - food ok, tracked, walked a good bit, but then it was my anniversary and dh served a pint of my fave beer. Calories over. Worth it!4

Boredom at work = snacking like crazy! And there was so much sugar around me which I chose to eat.

I had to take a pass day yesterday. I didn’t have the opportunity to exercise. It was the day after the funeral and family commitments overtook personal ones.
