Yes x3 today! Tracked everything, under my calories, and took a nice walk with my baby in stroller still kind of resting my body after running a half-marathon on Saturday, but tomorrow I plan on getting back into my normal exercise routine!

Pass day 1 -- the only thing I didn't go was exercise. Ran a LOT of errands and was too tired to mow lawn. By the time I was finished with things for the night, it was storming outside and I could not walk outside and was too tired to get to the gym.

I am so happy to have so many of our UAC friends who have rejoined for May!!
I had a fun day at my office. I enjoy my work and today I got to be with great people and we do provide a lot of help to those who need our guidance.
Tonight, we are hoping for some rain. It's unusually dry here in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Slower walk as met up with another regular on the trails and talked for about a kilometre before I resumed my usual pace.
Need to walk earlier tomorrow as late rain is expected.

40 minutes of climbing. That is a few hundred calories. Didn't really go all out because I wanted to save some energy for lunch with Buddy and the kids. I ride my bike up to that schoolhouse. That is probably additional 100 cals.
I forgot the schedule so I get there too early. I get drafted into helping the kids with PE. Really it is called Adaptive PE. APE. So Coach is trying to get the kids to crawl up this padded ramp and get a ball and drop it in a basket. Well Buddy, he is a bit more remedial than that.
So I thought I would just try to get him to crawl. "Look at Coach" I tell him. Coach is on all fours crawling. So I kind of cajole Buddy into that crawling position. Then I try to get him to crawl. What does he do? Buddy stood up! I can't believe it! Buddy stood up! Man o man! I will be celebrating that for a day or two!4 -
