Busy day with drone practice. Wife at craft day all day, but home in the evening. Daughter is interstate with the school.
Went out for Korean for dinner with wife. Very enjoyable.

People are amazing truly no social skills anymore. Well you have to give me a little help if I am going to get you some assistance. Then the guys in charge are like man who trained you? I know they are being funny as I had no training but really play nice. Yes x 3 for my work week now it's time to get moving and get stuff done till later.4

Been on a 4 hour bike ride today. The weather here has been glorious and it's supposed to be the same tomorrow, so hoping for another ride out tomorrow somewhere.
Calories burned:- 1069
Calories consumed:- 1578/1590 - that bike ride gave me quite an appetite today, lol.

Took mom to the veggie man got some great stuff set for the week. Finished moving branches out to the road. It looks like I had a tree fall down there is so much out there. Hubby is not going to take it well now I am at the point things need to be done and I can deal with it till he forgets. Or tomorrow I say when he sees the branches at the road. You did a great job I didn't know you had it in you. LOL. Yes x 35

After morning workout spent day at car lot. Left with a successful deal but man I feel like I burned calories from having to have so much patience!5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! We walked to and from the farmers market instead of driving, and carried all of our fresh produce and meat back.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I knew saving up those exercise calories would come in handy for Taco Fest today! I was able to enjoy myself and not feel guilty.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep! As best I could with using restaurant-type examples in the food diary.
