People are amazing truly no social skills anymore. Well you have to give me a little help if I am going to get you some assistance. Then the guys in charge are like man who trained you? I know they are being funny as I had no training but really play nice. Yes x 3 for my work week now it's time to get moving and get stuff done till later.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! We walked to and from the farmers market instead of driving, and carried all of our fresh produce and meat back.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I knew saving up those exercise calories would come in handy for Taco Fest today! I was able to enjoy myself and not feel guilty. :)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep! As best I could with using restaurant-type examples in the food diary.

This weekend is a challenge—I’m working 12 hour shifts. Food’s not an issue. I bring my lunch and eat dinner when I get home. The exercise portion can be a bit difficult.

    Strike 2 on exercise.
Didn't go out of bounds on eating.
I keep thinking I could say walking around in Walmart or HomeDepot or doing a little bit of yard work could count as exercise.
I don't know. I guess I have come to see exercise as something that gets my heart rate up a bit. I should preface that with "as for me." I don't mean to impose. I am kind of getting to where I exercise hard on a day then I need recovery for a day or two. Used to be after a day of hard I would do recovery exercise. Reality sets in. I ain't that age any more.
Had Buddy over. His dad dropped him off so he could go retrieve his wife from the airport. He is a sheriff.
Tomorrow I think I will try and get Buddy to show his dad that he can stand up from the floor. Hey, I bet I get a get out of jail free card if that demo pans out.
@w8goal4life, I like those pics. I think those are wild horses. There are wild horses by where I exercise.
Counting down to Memorial day when I start camping. I put a picture from last year of probably where I will be going. The snow bank will be bigger and that runoff creek will be bigger. I filled up my water jugs, drank that water, and lived.
