Again, my biggest weakness is night time cravings for sweets. I continue to workout regularly.
@DananaNanas Having goals, even if they are aggressive goals, are good because it gives you something to work towards. So my Memorial Day goal I would like to be at 153 or 154. About a pound a week.0 -

Soooo basically maintaining.
I auditioned for a new show today and they hired me on the spot. It’s a Las Vegas style cabaret I’m kind of freaking out.... this is a really big deal! this is at a legit theatre with a real producer. It took me 25 years but it sounds like I’ll actually be checking “dance professionally” off my bucket list this summer!!!
I really need to get in shape now. These costumes are like showgirl costumes!!!0 -

Eugh. I was up all week so I’m actually ok with seeing this number again. I’m going to start a total body workout next week (MWF) so hopefully that helps. And I’m hoping the weather starts being nice out more frequently so I can start walking on my lunch breaks again.

@DananaNanas Do you strength train? Perhaps you are gaining lean muscle? Or if you don't strength train I think you should add it in 2-3 days a week. Before I had kids I was always around 135 lbs and whenever I wanted to lose the last 10 pounds I always added weights and not just run or play soccer.
Also, sometimes my body holds on to weight and then all of a sudden I lose 3 lbs in one week. Just have to trust the process if you doing everything correctly. Just remember weight loss is not linear. The end of Feb and most of March I didn't lose any weight, but just kept going. Keep going!0 -
@deauxgirl2 unfortunately I think there is a 0% chance of it being muscle. I just need to tighten up, get serious, and decide what's really important to me. There's a muscle and strength program that's just MWF and I think would only take like a half an hour to do but I just can't make myself get up in the morning before work and do it! Once my schedule changes this summer (well, in like 3 weeks) I can workout after work but I just don't make time for it now. I work 50 hours a week and commute 10 hours a week on top of that so I'm never home, and when I am I don't feel like doing anything!0

I forgot to check-in this past Saturday. I really want to lose one more pound by Memorial Day. I celebrated my 10 anniversary on the 17th. This past weekend I ate so much good food and went to a few new restaurants. I have my oldest girl's birthday coming up and I need to not eat all the left over cake. I love cake and that might be my biggest weakness (sweet cakes).
I'm hoping some of the other girls will start re-checking in or we get some newbies.0 -

Getting there slowly. I said by Memorial Day I wanted to be 154-155 and I'm there. My next short term goal is to try and lose 4 pounds by vacation (June 30th -- 150.8 lbs). Seems doable, but I have only really lost a little under 3 pounds per month so its asking a little bit more than my body is use to.

I didn't weigh in this weekend >_< Sister's wedding and lots off food/drinking surrounding the holiday weekend here. I've been scared lol
I'm happy you hit your goal for Memorial Day!! I have another dance recital this weekend and rehearsals every night after work this week so I'm just trying to survive. I'm going to try more aggressively next month as I spent most of May maintaining... but after this weekend I'm done to pretty much only one job until the fall!
