First day of challenge

Greetings ladies.

My first day of the challenge was rough but i feel great! I did Jillian Michael's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism' and it kicked my butt so I had no energy left to post. I didn't eat well though. I plan to work on that ASAP. How was your first day?

    I have that DVD! I may try it. Was it one of those that I need to be able to chew bubblegum and walk at the same time?? Or is it dummy friendly?

    Its not bad at all. Easy to follow and works the whole body
