                    Greetings ladies.
My first day of the challenge was rough but i feel great! I did Jillian Michael's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism' and it kicked my butt so I had no energy left to post. I didn't eat well though. I plan to work on that ASAP. How was your first day?

            I have that DVD! I may try it. Was it one of those that I need to be able to chew bubblegum and walk at the same time?? Or is it dummy friendly?0
