The best part of the UAC is the wonderful people who care for each other.8 -
Took my daughter to the airport then spent the next 12 hours worrying about her till she arrived safely. Today I have to go to my parents I still have a headache but life moves on. I truly miss the days where you could meander the airport wait at the gate with those you love. Now it's drop them off at the curb and hope for the best.9

Today I'm cleaning out the toy room I use for my grandson! Will keep me moving for quite a while I also need to pick up a few things from the grocery store! I really need to work on is getting my water in today.5

Calories?: stayed within my calorie goal, its not really an issue the days i train martial arts since i burn so many calories. Since im bulking i should really be eating even more but i just cant...

Had a huge NSV today! My trainer approached me and told me he thinks im ready for a fight soon! He wants me to fight in the 61.2 kg weightclass though so ill just have to start cutting again as soon as im done with the bulk. Probably only going to cut down to 63 and then lose the rest in water weight though.10 -

Exercise - Yes. Did an hour of weight training at the gym, walked to and from the gym (about 20 minutes each way) and spent a few hours on my feet at my little brothers birthday party. Pretty good day.
Calories - Yes! Close call because I’m a sucker for party food, but fortunately I’m trying to gain a bit at the moment, so my limit is pretty high.
Tracked - Yes! I was tempted not to because of the aforementioned party food, but this challenge motivated me to do it anyway.4 -

I pass (1/3)
I was hoping to stay within my calorie goal of 1500 today, but me and my boyfriend had a date night and I ended up eating at maintenance. We did have an amazing (BYO) beer and Indonesian food though!
Exercise: 25 min yoga, >70 min walk
Tracked everything: Yes - but eating out involves guessing
Calories: about 2000, 500 over my goal.
Also hitting my meditation goal for the first three days of June. I'm at 3/3!3 -

I’m traveling this week. 3 days of conference in St Paul, MN, then Thursday and Friday in Dallas, Texas.
I’m presenting on Tuesday but most of the time, I am there to learn new solutions for my clients.

Today I am hitting the "PASS" button, as I was sick and in bed for most of the day. I did log everything, and I was under on calories. I also tried to walk around the house for 5 to 10 minutes per hour, and managed to get 5k steps in. Luckily I woke up feeling better this morning.3

My app was giving me issues and not letting me access this group the past few days! Yes x3 for the first 2 days of June but today was a pass day. Potluck with friends after church followed by a picnic at the park with family to celebrate my sisters engagement. Such a wonderful, busy day but I can’t be bothered to try track everything I munched on! I didn’t go overboard but I imagine I’d be close to my calorie limit if not over.2
