Was convinced my weight was stuck at the 140lbs mark so happily surprised at weigh in this morning. People have also finally started to notice I've lost weight! Off on my hols next week so no weighing but will keep logging foods, take my running kit with me and use the pool xx3 -

I am really shocked to see this number, but also very happy! My goal of being at 154 by June 4 didn't happen, but I'm going in the right direction again. My bigger goal is to be at a healthy BMI (145) for my husband's birthday in August. I've got 11lbs to lose in 2 months - very doable!2 -

I was very happy to see the number on the scale this morning. It's been a rough couple of days where I feel like I could just eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. I just tried to be sure I kept my calories somewhere between deficit and maintainence.3 -
