Hi, these net carbs have me confused. Im not sure what a net carb is and what is a regular. Under the carb column do we count them all? thanks for you answers

A net carb=regualr carb-fiber. So to make sure that you are within your macros, you need to check the nutritional info to do some quick math.0

Okay so for yesterday then, I had 42 carbs, but my fibre was 14 so my net carbs which are the carbs I would count for the day are then at 28...2 -

Depending on how strict you are trying to be with Keto and how quickly you are wanting to lose weight, many people only deduct the fiber from vegetables from their carb count to calculate net carbs.
That is based on personal preference if you are wanting to enjoy the food more, or be stricter and get the results faster. (I waiver on this myself!!)1
