 @karen_thinmint I noticed that your diet is restricted. I also have a restricted diet and I struggle with wanting to log after I had to work so hard just to find something to eat. Maybe if I check in here it will create some accountability for me.
 I have alot of stressful stuff going on right now. Normally I would deal with it by eating sweets and comfort foods. Since my diet is limited I am having to find different ways to accept the stuff that is going on.0

            @nicoleopela logging is difficult for me too. I'm so hungry and eat so many snacks it's a pain. But it helps with the accountability. I'm also on digestive enzymes because my diet still wasn't covering her so they protect against things getting snuck in or an unknown sensitivity. Her GI didn't recommend a full elimination. It worked. Not sure if they talked to you about them. But now she's trying real foods and already reacting - bananas gave rash, so I stopped eating those as well.
 Also as an ice cream lover, I suggest So Delicious brand dairy free ice cream for the sweet tooth. And the brand Earth Balance has a lot of dairy and soy free alternatives.0

            My baby hasn't seen a GI yet, we have an allergist appointment in July. My 1st baby was FPIES to dairy, so I am going off of what we learned when she got diagnosed. I have not tried a TED but I guess we might need to.
 The So Delicious stuff is really good but we think I need to cut coconut now too. I do have some sweets stuff that is still safe, it will put me over my calories for today but might be worth it for 1 day.0

 Update: I ended up gaining back to 152 pounds (yikes!), but I got back on the wagon February 1st. I’m now 133, so almost 20 pounds down since then!
