Wow!! Almost everyone had lots of energy yesterday!
BTW: There is no need to track any food or beverages with zero calories.

So it is hot here and its July so I broke out the flamingo skirt. This week may just be crazy skirt week.
Yesterday I went out and got my Dad those cool cloths. He wanted them so bad as he plans on golfing still even though it's hot out. Thank goodness I found them it makes me feel better knowing he has them if he's going to be out in this heat.

Since I was flying back home today and yesterday (about 22h of traveling) I couldn´t log everything of my food. I have to use two of my pass days. Probably won´t be in the winners circle this month, but trying to keep up as good as I can starting tomorrow!! Everbody good luck with this Challenge6

Exercise is going so well. Today I did another interval session on the assault bike. Couldn't get my heart rate high enough for Max points but got enough that I can reach my target this week easily. Don't want to overdo things this week with comp on Saturday, next week I can push myself. But next week I'm allowed to run again anyway. Last session with physio today and ankle is loads better. Still a bit wobbly on the balance stuff and needs to be taped for every training session but good for competition. And of course some time on the mat prepping for comp.
Food is under my ideal goal again and all logged. Not all the best choices because the day didn't go as planned. My friend called and asked me to keep her company at the hospital (her dad is dying from cancer) and muffins etc were part of that. I worked around it when I got back to work and skipped some of what I had packed for lunch to keep to the calorie goal even if I missed the whole plan.7 -

Walked to and from work. 40 min round trip in the sunshine. No gym tho as work overran...grrr!!!

Quick question to clarify - is the budgeted calories a constant number or does it adjust with exercise? I want to stay under my budget but I accidentally went over by 75 I did a ton of exercise though.
So:
Exercise: lots! 2 x 20 min walk from home to station and back, 45 min zumba class and 10 min elliptical
Stay in budget: I went over a tiny bit accidentally which is annoying. I think the challenge is sticking below a static number so let me know if I'm wrong
Track: yep. Was naughty at work again with the huge amount of snacks available 😭2 -

Did good on my exercise today, I did an hour long class at Orange Theory Fitness. I tracked everything I ate and was well under my calorie goal. Probably too far under but today wasn’t a good day for me emotionally and so I didn’t eat much. Depression and anxiety sucks. I’m proud of myself for getting in my exercise though because I really didn’t want to go but pulled through.

Exercised: Yes, 2.25 miles run/ walk intervals. 35min with warmup and cooldown. Bonus 45 min walk on the beach. Ridiculously hot in the mid 90's but feels awesome.

Went to a Zumba class today. Didn’t like it at all and I won’t be doing it again. In the afternoon, I went golfing with hubby. It was 112 degrees so when we got to the 9th, I went to the clubhouse and let him play the back nine. Summer is definitely here

It was hot here too but I hiked up in the woods where the sun was not strong and then cooled off in the pond with the million tadpoles. Great thunderstorm tonight so it's cooler for sleeping. Ahhh4 -
