    Interstate (again). Dodged rain showers in the evening to get dinner and walk.

    Quick question to clarify - is the budgeted calories a constant number or does it adjust with exercise? I want to stay under my budget but I accidentally went over by 75 :( I did a ton of exercise though.

    So:

    Exercise: lots! 2 x 20 min walk from home to station and back, 45 min zumba class and 10 min elliptical
    Stay in budget: I went over a tiny bit accidentally which is annoying. I think the challenge is sticking below a static number so let me know if I'm wrong
    Track: yep. Was naughty at work again with the huge amount of snacks available 😭

    I was 1 calorie under my goal. Whew!! I even tracked that one Oreo I snuck out of my son's lunchable today.

    Had a super busy Sunday and didn't have time to post so I'm doing 2 tonight. I'm excited about July! This is month 3 challenge for me. Happy to be here! Hello and welcome to anyone new.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES ✅ - got my first "15k" badge on fitbit yesterday. Did 3 walks. 2 x 20 mins, plus a one that was a bit over an hour!!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES ✅ - even a slice of cake :smile:

    Focusing on fitness this week. Will aim for 15 k steps a day

    @4pence it is your choice some people use the exercise calories some people don't.

    Well I think I will try not to but won't count it as going over unless I exceed the exercise calories too.

    Did good on my exercise today, I did an hour long class at Orange Theory Fitness. I tracked everything I ate and was well under my calorie goal. Probably too far under but today wasn’t a good day for me emotionally and so I didn’t eat much. Depression and anxiety sucks. I’m proud of myself for getting in my exercise though because I really didn’t want to go but pulled through.
    Here’s to hoping tomorrow is a better day. :)

    Exercised: Yes, 2.25 miles run/ walk intervals. 35min with warmup and cooldown. Bonus 45 min walk on the beach. Ridiculously hot in the mid 90's but feels awesome.
    Calories: under budget.
