Exercise- yes, 20 min walk before it got too hot this morning.
Calories- well under, it’s almost too hot to eat and I even had ice cream!

Went to a Zumba class today. Didn’t like it at all and I won’t be doing it again. In the afternoon, I went golfing with hubby. It was 112 degrees so when we got to the 9th, I went to the clubhouse and let him play the back nine. Summer is definitely here
