    I also love being outdoors. Biking was my favorite. Two months ago I got hit by a car while riding and a lot have changed . Not sure I will be able to do it again,,,,,once physically able, because emotionally might be too much
    I am starting to weight bare and walking is still very painful and hard BUT my goal is to be able to resume some hiking by fall

    Exercised: not sure if you would count working a 15.25 hour shift, I am a nurse on my feet all day walking and sometimes running back and fourth, did track over 17,000 steps

    Lifted 5lbs weights for short reps.

    Tracked all calories and under CICO.

    Exercised: walked for several hours in stockholm and some active stretching

    Calories: Whent 300 cals over, overate in the sushi restuarant. No more eating out i think :P

    Exercise: Walking for ~1hr, 30min elliptical and 1hr Barre class
    Calories: Ate loads of bad food and snacks and alcohol but still under! With exercise...

    Calories far under again and all logged. I planned what to eat and then ran out of time so didn't get to it all. Hopefully life will be a bit less crazy next week.

    Double Jiu Jitsu again (which will be standard on most Tuesdays and Thursdays). An hour of ladies class in the morning and normal class for 90 minutes in the evening.

    I was inspired by @RangerRick and took my dog to the cliff's over the beach and went for along cross country bike ride. He needs nature as much as I do. Thanks for the reminder @RangerRick!
