Calories far under again and all logged. I planned what to eat and then ran out of time so didn't get to it all. Hopefully life will be a bit less crazy next week.
Double Jiu Jitsu again (which will be standard on most Tuesdays and Thursdays). An hour of ladies class in the morning and normal class for 90 minutes in the evening.0 -

I was inspired by @RangerRick and took my dog to the cliff's over the beach and went for along cross country bike ride. He needs nature as much as I do. Thanks for the reminder @RangerRick!
