OK, so I'm a newbie. How do I adjust my numbers to track for Keto and what should they be?

I used the keto gains calculator to figure out a plan of macros specific to my body and my goals. It might be helpful to you.

Then I changed the percentages in my goals section on myfitnesspal because I'm not a premium member. I just got as close as I could to the actual macro gram numbers. Good luck. V1 -
