I love when you feel like you are in the winners circle in life! I'm feeling that too right now. Work is crazy busy and adding training plus some socialising into my schedule makes me on the run all the time, but I know it will call down once the school holidays are over and I get a break then and I do love all I do. So blessed with the incredible people who fill my life.
Exercise was good. Morning trail run (which was about half walk half slow run as my ankle is still a bit wobbly) along the coast, running around with animals and doing behind scenes tour with some boys and then extra Jiu Jitsu class because the guest instructor from Tuesday loved our club so much he wanted to come again. Watch says I burned 3507 calories and I take it off for my 90 minute Jiu Jitsu class.
Food was all logged and although it was higher than my usual goal, I ate so low the last couple of days that I was before my low limit by far and used the banked calories. Ate over 800 less than I burned (if you go with my watch) so I am happy with the day and consider it a win.
The boys who got the behind scenes tour have me chocolates. I ate one of the treats and put the other one away for the weekend. I'm notoriously bad with treats in the house so let's see if I can train my will power a bit.1 -

My vacation ended today. This was the view of last nights sunset.
I’m waiting for a late afternoon airplane back to Chicago.
It’s been great to truly BE with my family. I am a very productive person so I spend more time as a “human-doing” than just relaxing and relating as a “human-Being”.
Hope you get to spend some time just Being!
Yesterday went to the funeral of a young friend (45) who died suddenly. Has three children. A good remind to spend time BEING. Beautiful sunset btw.
Me today July 11: yes to all 3. Yoga with my hubby for exercise.

Met exercise goal and tracked 💯 but well over my calories. That 10+ hour drive home did me in. I probably would have been okay if I tracked exercise calories and ate them back but I don’t2 -
