It's an oldie, 2008. The first mile is Classic Walk. Just the very basic moves. Mile two is Sculpt Your Arms- no weights used, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks... 3 is Slim Your Legs, squats and lunges, mile 4, Trim Your Tummy - standing ab work/walking and mile 5 is a Speed Walk. I like it because each mile has the basic moves but each one also has a different few different moves. Its just Leslie, no other walkers. Sometimes that's good because she can get carried away talking to everyone...haha.

Honestly, these sites are addicting once you get into them!!!
Welcome to all the new walkers and I also love the 5 Day Slim Down video for it's variety. I think that is why I also like the band or weight videos. It breaks up the movements, and she tends to be more focused in those work outs.

5 Fat Burning Miles

The crab grass in out of control after a week of being gone from the garden. Husband did a GREAT job in keeping it watered but don't trust him to weed ever since the time he "weeded" all the tarragon out of the garden!!! Finally, after 3 days of concerted bending and pulling, I can say that I am winning the crab grass battle.
Have many green tomatoes, lots of zucchini flowers, tons of swiss chard, carrots by the dozens, beets and kohlrabi going great guns. Butternut and acorn squash plants are getting there and the green beans are running all over the place. Cabbage and egg plant round out the bounty.
Thursday 30 minutes gardening
Friday 20 minutes gardening

berardellicm6 You made me giggle out loud! My husband will no longer let me near his garden either because I once pulled up all his carrots thinking they were the Queen Ann's Lace weed! He was annoyed that I did not seem to notice they were all in a ROW!!!! OOPS!!! I admit that I am not a gardener of any kind as he protects the house plants from me as well. Green things tremble in my presence! :laugh:
AnnofB I was going to do the Super Challenge since we love that one, but went for the Walk Slim Fast and Firm 4 miles. The old gang is still there though! I wish Leslie would do a new video with them!

Lol about you DH weeding all the tarragon out of the garden.
Congrat's on your bountiful garden! Sounds like it must be big. They can take on a life of their own. But once everthing starts to "come in" it's great to pic at peak and just enjoy knowing all that hard work has a tasty reward.

@berardellicm6 I am so jealous you have such a big garden! I wish I had enough space for all of that. My garden is pretty small, but I enjoy what I have. There is nothing like growing your own fresh produce!0
