    I weighed this morning just to make sure I am on track for my Friday weigh in, and I have GAINED 2 lbs!!! I am frustrated, bc I have been eating well and extending my workouts. However, now I know where I stand and what I need to do to get it back down.

    If you've recently increased the time or intensity of your workouts the weight is likely just extra water! Hopefully it balances out in the next couple of days

    :neutral: I was expecting a gain but not that much. Drinks, cake and 12 hours of travel really did a number on me. Also a different scale so it could be a little off.
