Got hit with a sinus infection yesterday. Got home from work around 4:30. Crashed on the couch at 5:30pm and didn’t wake up until 6:00am this morning! Not only that, but my Fitbit battery died yesterday morning. Still feeling rough today.

Set a new step goal Sunday, upped it to 15,000 a day. Happy to say I hit it every day! I bought a set of resistance bands even though I had reservations about them. I love them!! They make stretching out before and after walks feel so good and I can really feel the burn. I am excited for this week. Good Luck Teammates!7 -
