It has been hard but I have been sticking to it. I think my body is getting used to it
It took my body about 2 weeks to really fully adjust and not get hungry except for when it's time to eat. Once you get to that point it's just smooth sailing. There's a great video on OMAD Revolution about this that I love to refer to because it's just brilliant.

Hi everyone thank you for checking up on me , unfortunately I ended up bingeing almost everyday It was very difficult for me to get over it as everytime I binged I wld feel so bad and helpless. I'm now trying to stick with it as I knw it works. I have been working so much on my mindset wish me luck guys I really want it to work1
