Ate pizza for lunch, indian food for dinner, and still under goal. By 2 calories
My workout parter ripped his bicep tendon, so I went to the gym alone for the first time. I was nervous because we do free weights, and except for the rare occasion, it's all men. And it was fine, everybody was working hard, minding their own business. I did squats, deads, and overheads.3 -
