Disappointed with my flying today. MUCH slower than normal. Broke a number of props. Just not with it today. Probably need more sleep.
Feeling really un-motivated at the moment. All the work, travel and shortness of sleep is wearing me down. Keeping to routine by habit, but I feel something's gonna give soon.
Daughter going on music camp tomorrow.

OMG - I thought it was June! *facepalm* What is happening in 2018 - the days and months are just flying past!

What a lovely day. After doing barn chores this morning and finding that all 4 horses can now be in the same field with no major issues (always a question when there is a stallion) I went kayaking with wonderful friends. 15 km down a river surrounded by green mountains. It was spectacular and I was proud that my retirement aged shoulders held up just fine. Then good food and good company. All tracked and on track.4

Pass day for me today.
Exercise? Yes, hike with some family members at Gonondagan.
Calories? Over by my estimation. I didn't track. Intentions were good, but after hike I invited our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren for dinner. Made potato salad, barbecue chicken with the Cornell University barbecue sauce recipe, and Sweet Baby Ray pulled pork.
Tracked? No
We enjoyed a great family hike with their Golden Retriever who was on his first hike.
@craigo3154 Sorry for your "off" day with flying. Wishing you some rest, relaxation, and time to recharge those batteries!

Rose & I are staying at a hotel in downtown Chicago tonight. Breakfast with city friends in the morning. Tonight we enjoyed walking in the city. That did not keep me from a full half day doing farm activities and horseback riding in the morning
