Rain most of the day today. Managed walk after breakfast and dropping daughter off to go to music camp.
More sleep last night, but still need more.
At least not travelling to Sydney in the morning, however working on the other side of town. Back to Sydney on Wednesday.
Set up a 3D printer today. Bit of a technical challenge, but it seems to be printing fine.

@RangerRickL Love the pics! Chicago is one big city...I remember traffic being an issue on our trip last summer. Beautiful photo op, though! Great pic of you and Rose, too. Following is our hike from today - 4.7 mile trail in one of our county parks hiking kames, an esker and passing a kettle hole pond all courtesy of the glacial Wisconsin Ice Sheet...I included a senior selfie, too!

Near the edge food-wise but ok today. Horse fun and garden drudgery for exercise. Yesterday's kayak adventure giving me slightly sore shoulders but less than I feared! It was beautiful and worth every twinge.5

Successfully accomplished strong cardio weekend. Even managed a circuit workout in there. I was happy because I maintained so much energy which shows me I'm getting stronger.

Ended the weekend with my 3rd horse ride in 3 days. I'm dedicated to acclimating the new horse (Charlie Horse) to our woods and the adjoining prairie park. Everyday is an adventure in horsemanship. Yesterday, just as I thought my intense riding time was over, suddenly there was a loud rifle shot from a nearby farmer. His adult children and friends unexpectedly started shooting and although they fire into a dirt birm, the horse and I were directly downrange hidden within a woodland. Both the horse and I flinched!!!
When you hear the first rifle shot, you can bet there will be more. I scrambled off the horse and he and I spent the next 10 minutes walking out of the line of fire and then just hanging out by an old oak until there was a lull in the action.

Exercise: after counting 90 minutes of active horse riding, I just did not add the rest of my activity. Fun day though.

Mfp doesn't like me at the mo - I've tried to posttwice and they've each disappeared. Was just to yes x 2 but I'm pleased I completed c25k wk7 run 1 which had me jogging for 25 minutes.

I'm not losing ANY of the weight I've gained, so I might have to decrease my calorie goal next month. I'm always just under the wire on my calories, so it's hard to imagine eating less. But I guess I'll have to if I want to take this weight off.4 -
