Last week I had a cold and was super congested so I didn't really exercise so I was surprised by my loss. My eating was good 6/7 days so that must be why!4 -

Went to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers at there training camp. Walked around town.
Plans this week include playing in 6 softball games but rain is in the forecast.
Sounds like you had a good Sunday! Steelers fan, are you?! Even though we are Canadian, we are all Raiders fans in our house!
I did consulting work for years in Canada it's very beautiful. We love to Hate the Raiders. Lost over a pound already but the rain has stated here so probably no game. I will do my best to keep moving.2 -

I was waiting for this post!!! Congratulations, Destiny!! Fantastic loss this week!! Sometimes when we can't exercise because of injury or illness or work commitments, etc., we feel we can't lose weight and that our progress is derailed, so we give up on our eating as well!! We forget that losing weight is 80% diet and only 20% exercise (or numbers to that effect). And by this loss, you showed us exactly that!!!

Hi everone, My name is Michelle. I'm 20 years old, i was always small until i started working in fast food at 15, (120lbs, im 5ft tall) i have been working in restaurants eversince and i hit my highest weight ever 6 months ago at 200.8. seeing the 200 on the scale scared me and i knew i had to start losing weight. last week i found out i am at risk of high blood pressure and my cholesterol is slightly high. my dr has given me 3 months to get my health in check and i am determined. i am currently down to 191.6 as of this morning.10
