What the heck is a Pass Day, anyway??
I highly recommend that you do not spend a Pass Day as a Cheat Day. There is lots of research that proves that Cheat Days defeat most of us. We do not reach our desired goals.
Nonetheless, you can use a Pass Day for a Cheat Day.
IMO: the best way to use a Pass Day is to spend it thoughtfully for very important days such as:
1)Holidays with family
2) Birthdays and anniversaries
3) other important occasions
Pass days can be used for:
1) Not being able to get all 3 virtues (Exercise; Under calorie limit; and tracking) done during a day.
2) illness
3) failure to report in once a day or at least once every 3 days.
Don't worry or fret about the Pass Days, just be thoughtful in how you spend them.

@am_change hope you are feeling better.
Yesterdays weather was perfect I had no pain today it's raining so my body is flaring up. Last swim class last night. I just gave up we had a mother child in the pool ( it's an adult only exercise class) They swim and play and are a bother. The class has been miffed as we pay for the class and they just refuse to get out of the pool after their swim class. Hopefully they don't show up in fall.2 -

My cold sadly stuck around. I am not used to being sick, it's not normal for me at all. I guess it's an opportunity to be grateful that I don't get sick often. It has been a test of patience for me because my mind has all these plans but my body doesn't have the energy to keep up. I better get well before the end of the day because I have another long cardio weekend ahead.

PASS #1
I tracked. I was 90 calories over so I could have been Yes to all 3 if I got my exercise in but I just didn’t have time yesterday. I work nights and sometimes I don’t get enough sleep and I have to pick up kids and things get in the way so unfortunately that was yesterday. BUT i’m proud of myself for getting it done prior week because I worked four nights in a row and made it a priority.4 -
Yes x 3
Made it just under the wire. I'm still tired, but pushed myself to exercise. I went to the gym and did squats, deads and balancing exercise. I realize I have to get my exercise done early when my energy is best.5 -
YES X 3
It was important to track closely yesterday or my calories would have gone past because I wanted to eat everything on sight last night!5 -
Yes x 3, though it's hard to track calories when traveling and eating at hole in the wall dine in spots. Still, ate one simple chicken taco and side salad. Skipped rice and beans, etc.4
