Aug 6 - A little late to the game.
- Log all food and watch carbs.
- Do (beginner shred) exercise 5x per week.
- Do mid-day stretches!

Live purposefully. 😐 i shuffled my schedule and even though I finished my work (at 11:30pm) i would have been more productive if I had stuck to the schedule.
My inspiration for this is fron brendon.com on youtube if anyone is interested.

@Sabine_Stroehm @kpk54 @jogetsgains Thanks for the info! I have contemplated upgrading but just wasn't sure. I have used an app called Carb Manager as well. But....I really like MFP, the set up for logging food is so simple.1

Did my first triathlon! My hubby has been doing them for years, has done a few Ironmans....many marathons...so I figured it was time I tried one. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I guess the run was the worst part. Anyway, I may even do another someday!
My goals are as usual:
Net carbs - 25 or below
Calories - met or under
Exercise - as always.....
Water - NEED MORE!
Night time snacking - planned snack only3 -

exercise 2/31 - I did walk, but did not do my pilates because the schedule was crazy1 -

carbs 4/31 - had rice for dinner, so carbs were way over goal
exercise 2/31 - I did walk, but did not do my weights because I was shopping1 -
realized I messed up days yesterday, so changing how I am logging
logged - yes 7/31
calories - under 7/31
carbs - under 10% net 7/31
exercise - 5/31 (two days off were planned)1 -
