    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 45 minute 5:00am Spin class, 30 minutes on the treadmill, 1hr. 30 min. strength training, and 30 minutes Pilates.

    Heat, humidity and red alert air quality day combined with a power outage this morning for a few hours meant no exercise today.

    This is my only day of early morning workout with a trainer.
    Exercise: 55 minutes of cardio/strength
    Tracking: good
    Calories: significantly under. I missed lunch. Somehow I was not hungry and did not eat until dinner. That is very unusual for me.

    Well, living the family reunion thing! Good on exercise and probably fairly closer info calories, but I gave up on tracking complicated restaurant food.

    I love today's message. Exactly what my Jiu Jitsu family does for me especially when I train with the boys which is exactly how I started the day!
    Work for 2:30 only today but it was day 8 in a row and the only reason I went in was to have a disciplinary meeting with one of my staff. He should be gone by the end of the week. The rest of the day I was on the couch watching TV. Not something I do often but enjoyable on those rare occasions.

    All food was logged and although higher than ideal, within my allowable limit.

    Tracked, exercised but it was bday weekend and I’ve been over my calories 2x this weekend.

    Aug7..bike 40 min,going to help at WHITE Elephant sale,today is the most challenging day bc we put thing out into the tents. I will have no trouble with food since I will be busy.Also going to see Mama Mia with my work girls.Will make sure to track

    Egads! Pass day 2 already. I'm way under on calories but had a long work day. And my walking buddy, my poor dog, injured his hind leg jumping for his frisbee so he's out of commission.
