I have worked hard for 4 years and after stalling for 6 months tried Keto, it works and am in the best shape of my life.
I can do more, lift more cycle more and eating is under control.

I am up to 30 miles cycling @ 13mph which is my best ever, and do this fasted. I cant believe how much engergy this gives us.
