help me i dont like my thighs!!

so im in high school im going to be honest i dont like my thighs or exercising i also dont have enough time to exercise can you help me get control of my thighs?

    I agree with mom23mango that we all have part of our body (or everything on it for some) and we need to learn how to love and respect ourselves better. It’s very hard when being constantly bombarded with marketing standards of beauty.

    My question to you is what don’t you like about them and why? What makes them substandard to you?

    As far as exercising, let’s be honest, nobody has time for what we don’t like, it’s a matter of priority. Find something you like or find something you can do during your usual idle time or while studying. I didn’t like exercising as a teen because I was not athletic, I now learned you don’t need to be athletic or into any sports to be active. I try to take more steps in my day, take the stairs as much as I can... you may also benefit out of doing a set of squats or lunges everytime you use the bathroom. Be creative!

    I must be genetically related to a pear, because all of my weight is in my butt and thighs. I'm working on lowering my body fat and could care less about weight or pants size. A healthy booty is beautiful if you take care of it :smile:
