    Wow! MFP is not working well tonight. I had to take a round-about way to get to this discussion. Nonetheless, it's the 15th and it's time for Non Scale Victories. For me, I have lost 1" of belly button waist measurements since beginning to work with my personal trainer, Emily, at Anytime Fitness. That's my NSV. What about you?
