    Thanks everyone, but that big one went back. I like to keep the smaller ones, they taste better. Unless it is a Salmon, all Salmon get the grill or smoker, I love salmon :)

    week 20 weigh in 153.4 just a hair over 32 inches. I don't know why the scale shows a three pound loss. I have still been eating 2 meals a day, sort of the lean gains 16:8 window this week. I have been getting a little workout for my legs going briskly up stairs while working, feeling like they are getting stronger. I don't have the time or money to go to a gym, but I ordered some resistance bands and downloaded a program to use those and body weight workouts to hopefully start rebuilding my new body, I am excited :)

    yeah that and some resistance bands will be enough I think, don't have time to drive out somewhere to work out.

    week 22 153 pounds 31 7/8 inches. finishing my first week of a resistance training program. I am starting light and learning the exercises, so I expect it will be a while before I notice any gains. Baby steps :smiley:
