I keep getting frustrated with myself for not doing better and being more consistent, but then I remember that I have never lost any weight before now. And now I am almost at 50 lbs!!! I have come far and today I am going to let myself be happy about that instead of looking at how far I have to go!

I don't have a photo of myself at 360 lbs. I do have a driver's license photo though. I sure hate looking at it! I can't wait until I get a lot smaller, where I see a substantial difference.0
