Getting my classroom ready for school this year was a huge challenge. Our school suffered water damage from severe storms one week before inservice started. Everything kinda too a backseat to getting things back together in time. I haven’t logged and have been sporadic with my exercise for the past two weeks. But, I am back at it today!

Morning rolling with the boys. Getting closer to taping them and my friend told me she can tap if the boys if her technique is flawless, so I'm going to keep working towards that...
Lunchtime run in icy cold, howling gale served to improve my mental toughness. Loving my playlist of inspiring songs to get me through the hard sessions.
Food within 50 cals of my ideal, which is fine as I am often more than 50 under. All logged.

Ex: 97 mins Pilates & 2-mile walk in <40 mins. While talking to my dado the phone!!!
