HB's Weekly Weigh Ins

Okay, going to start one of these for myself since this seems to be where I've settled.
Stats: F, 40, 5' 7"
Heaviest weight: ~163 (didn't weigh in at this point)
Goal weight: 128-138ish (this depends heavily on how I look when I get closer - historically, 128 was a good weight for me, but I'm fairly certain I'm carrying more muscle mass now than I was then, hence the range).
Starting IF/OMAD weight: 155
8/22/18: 154.4 (Actual) 153.9 (Trend)

Yes, yes it is
One from this weekend lol:
Since it was a race weekend, pretty normal to see my weight bump up a bit for several days, but still disappointing:

Last week's weigh ins killed my trend, but things are dropping back again and my measurements confirm I'm actually still losing.2 -
Great job0

Nice! measurements are far more important than weight loss, if becomeing leaner is your goal. keep up the good work!0

This past weekend was my first weekend at the track where I stuck with OMAD. While my hydration mix has some calories in it (and that's not optional when you're out there) I had no meals until my dinner. Weight whoosed a bit after that! It didn't affect my riding or focus, either, seems I've adapted enough to OMAD where it's sustainable even under those conditions.
Pic from the weekend:

That’s cool! I’m interested in if the mentally clarity effect helps your performance. One of my favorite YouTube mountain bike riders swears by it.0

That's great news☺0

Still around, still OMADing. My overall trend is still downward, just painfully slow. Too much eating out and travel the past month, but winter routine has now started, so things will probably woosh back down again.
I did have my lowest weigh in for 2018 in the month of October, but then left for a work trip followed by a race weekend (aka LOTS of sodium and sore muscles!) and that's slowly been coming back off, but threw off my trends for the month for sureProbably need to make some better choices when eating out sometimes.

Sticking to things. It's not a super fast process, but I've started to increase my steps each day pretty dramatically and I'm waiting for the pending woosh I know is coming LOL. When I started tracking my steps realized just how bad it was - I knew I was "sedentary" but it was really bad! Like 1500 steps/day
So, started getting off one train stop early and walking the distance, then started walking to the train station from my house, and now adding in a walk around town or the mall during my break(s). Daily steps are right around 10,000/day if I do all of that (the break-walks are pretty new, so about 7,500 without those).

walking is great! I love how my mind is at peace when I'm out in nature. You've made some huge changes. Much luck0

I haven't been super active in the group, but I have pretty much been sticking with my eating plan, and it's showing. Still slow progress, but it's been steady, and definitely something I can see myself doing indefinitely! Overall I don't find my current eating strategy a struggle, and I think overall it shows.

Hey, loss is loss - even if it's slow and steady! And if your eating pattern is effortless, then who cares! LOL0
-
You are doing well! Great job in sticking to your eating plan!

My weightloss is very similar to yours. Hmm. Interesting.0

Those are still awesome results and slow and steady wins the race!0
