The dreaded plateau

I’ve hit a plateau for the last month.
To try and bust through, I’m attempting a fast mimicking diet for 5 days. It’s Keto friendly, hits all my macros and micros, but I’ve never tried it before. Any advice? What can I expect after coming out of the fast? My macro goals are 75% fat, 20% protein 5% carbs.

    Try more fat and less carbs my net carb I try to hit are at 10

    The beef and butter fast is a good one to bust you out of a plateau.
