food calories calculation!

in Social Groups
how trust worthy is MFP food database? like if i choose curry beef rice, few of them will show up with different calories count. so which one should i trust? i have seen same portion of same food with almost 300 calories difference!!!

    are you making from scratch? If so add the ingredients in seperatley

    I know what you mean. I have been using the scanner function.
