Awesome day, managed a 6 mile walk before work ~ only because I was up super early to see Beloved off on a work trip & due to my job I get to access a lot of free training this afternoon I've signed up for Understanding Nutrition & Health so I have NO excuse but to eat healthier LOL3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class, followed by a 60 minute Yoga class in the morning, and just finished a 60 minute bicycle ride this evening.

Exercise: Yes. Not much, but got done 30 or so minutes of yoga in the morning

It is seldom that I get to this time of the month and only have one Pass Day. But it's true, I only have one pass day!
Today's report:
Calories: under by more than 200
Tracking: very good which caused me to stop eating this evening.
Exercise: walking on the farm for at least 25 minutes0 -

Boot camp, one hour dog walk
Today the trainer at the gym noticed that I have lost some weight! I'm finally busting through this plateau, two and a half pounds away from a number I haven't been in years3 -
