    I guess I should call this Pass Day #2. We had a head race (rowing Regatta) Saturday morning, and so I had planned well in advance that I would not be doing any exercise besides normal walking around on Friday. Feel no guilt whatsoever for sticking to my plan, though in this case it conflicted with the stated rules of UAC-October, so there it is. Two passes in six days <sigh>.
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Surprised myself. Thought carbo-loading would put me over, but it didn't.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    Follow up to my report above. Didn’t realize coaching football could be counted as exercise but it pops up on the exercise tracker so I need to change my day to
