    Adding 3 miles. Ran this morning around the gym neighborhood. Great weather and very peaceful, even with the sound of my own breathing.

    Lost a quarter of my day going to town to visit chiropractor & run errands all over town. Finally got lunch at 3 o'clock! Painting after I got home... Tonight I rode ex bike only 6 miles.

    @vhuber: You are a breast,woman! You just power through so much in a day. My days seem like nothing but crazy chaos.
    @Dean...right knee. No pain until it catches and nearly puts me on my face. Then I just want to scream in pain. Today, it only caught twice. Yesterday, at least six times.I will walk four miles and nothing. Half hour later it catches or there is a piece of calcium floating in there and bam! I have been doing cycling until I get it checked. I don’t want shots or drugs and I can PT it on my own. So if he makes me do all that first, I am walking out.
    @Dave: Your quote reminds me of Dave Ramsey’s famous quote. “If you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else.”

    Oct. 10: Adding 13 miles today of walking 5 and cycling 8.

    Chris - Did you mean to call vhuber a "Beast" woman? :smile:

    So here is my latest idea. I'm going to bread chickens with alligators until I can create a velociraptor. Then I'm going to teach them to cook Italian. I'll open up an Italian restaurant with them as cooks and call it "VeloBello's" :smile:

    Not Chris....Char. And I did mean “beast”...lol. I have breast on the brain. If you cut me in half, I would be fine. Between my arthritic ankle, bum knee and now back in to find out what is hiding in my breast....taking care of my dad and old fur pup....I now have lost the ability to communicate properly

    Vhuber: You are a beast in the most complimentary way. I marvel at you. I think you would outlast the energizer bunny.
