I will do the lunges, calf raises and squats with the TRX.

Up at 3:00...got our 5 miles done...worked out w/our trainer for an hour. I'm good for today!!

Chris I was woke up so many times last night that I think I will sleep in the guest room tonight. No pups or kits. Just me and my pillow. So do not want to get 5 miles done at 0300! Wow girl you go!

Shelley, we just get up at 3:00. We don't walk until 4:30. Must have that 90 minutes for the medicine to start doing it's thing. But, thank you, anyway!
Binge watched Cuckoo's Calling on Cinamax tonight. Glad I read the book first.

Walking w/DH this morning then meeting w/our trainer at 10:00. It will be a good day!

Took today off, walked the kids for 30 minutes was all. My brother from Washington surprised me last night for a visit. So we spent today visiting. It was wonderful.

Well...we are walking today...to the post office to mail a stack of envelopes...then I meet w/our trainer at noon...then ??? I'll see what DDD is up to. Maybe a Target run or just M&D time at Starbucks with some coffee and salad...sure salad! bwahahah!

Lower body workout done this morning. Jump squats were sweat inducing and glad to have them done!

Foot is better but no walking for now. Man! I sure hate this stuff. Will meet with our trainer tomorrow. She does put up with my whining!

I've been walking a lot. Work set up a regular Tuesday walk again. Good friends. Need to do it at least twice a day, though, so maybe I'll do one day by myself.

I did a YouTube core exercise by Sean Vigel this morning. Hope I got his name right. He has lots of yoga on. I liked it.

Today I did our challenge and walked the kids. It was a bit chilly but the sun came out to shine at one point and it was great.
