    Thanks, @mram3582 ! I was a little shocked. I changed up what I ate last week (way more veggies) and drank a LOT of water. I am prepared for anything next Monday weigh-in, including some kind of bounce. I'm staying head down and doing more good work this week. :-)

    @mram3582 - Thanks! I am going to keep working this week -- food on plan, everything weighed/measured and logged, more better food choices (I am eating lots and lots of plants; Eat to Live), keep up the exercise. And then we'll see!

    Today is the last low cal day and I’m taking the weekend off. We have lots going on this weekend to try to keep doing this, plus I think that will help my metabolism to not freak out on me. And also it’s getting old. Fast. Lol

    @mram3582 Yes, it is! Still, elsewhere, I’ve got the Keto police all over my butt for doing too low calories. I really do think my metabolism needed a wake up call though, and it’s working, so I’m going to let them blab their heads off whilst I keep losing. ;)
