Hi - I started keto and IF last month. I started strict keto, but have loosened up to probably what is called "dirty" keto because I will drink diet soda, diet jello, and just tried Carbquik. I track about 95% of the days, and if I go over 20 net carbs it's because of more green veggies. I also started exercising this month, alternating group spin or kickboxing classes with walking the dog and playing in a volleyball league.
