    SW 68.4kg/151lbs (11th April)
    Last Weight (10th Oct) 60.9kg/134.2lbs
    TW 60.8kg/134lbs (-0.1kg/0.2lbs)
    GW 60kg/132lbs (3rd Dec)

Gone completely AWOL the last few weeks. Had breast cancer 4 years ago (@36 yrs) and this is the month of my annual mammogram so I've had that in the back of my mind for 2 weeks awaiting results combined with work stress (Generally and the fact I work in a hospital so surrounded by patients with far worse outcomes than me, quite a few of them young recently too) plus a bad cold, I just thought sod it I'm taking time off from losing weight. I've eaten what I wanted, not done much exercise due to feeling ill and still stayed more or less the same (probably stressing the kcals off!) Anyway had my results yesterday and happy to report mammo was clear! So happy and relieved. So back to normal life for me. I don't really need to get that last 2 lbs off health-wise, I already feel so much better and fitter for the amount I've already lost but would just like to reach my goal for my own confidence. Good luck everyone xxx

Not far to go now!! Well done!

    SW (1st Dec 2017): 217.2lbs
    Weigh In Info
    LW: 228.7lbs (Trend)/228.6lbs (Actual)
    TW: 228.6lbs (Trend)/229.2lbs (Actual)
    Variance: -0.1bs

    Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 27.1lbs

Hitting the weights hard and started running again, I did see a low weight of 227.6 during the week, so I know I am retaining a bit of water.

Have two healthy wage challenges on the go, one to lose 6% of my weight in 3 months (around 14lbs) and another to lose 30lbs over the next year.

@tanyanie11 Have you increased your calories since starting at the gym? If you burn more, you need to eat more. If you're tired could be that.

@tanyanie11 it's the way that MFP is set up to work  log your exercise (unless you have a tracker synced that is accounting for it already) and eat at least 50% of those calories back, watch your weight trend over 4-6 weeks and adjust up/down as necessary based on your real world results.
