I'm down 1.8 pounds from the last time I input my weight on MFP. I haven't been tracking, nor bothering to put my weight in for quite a while (months, maybe?).
I think I got a bit off track a while ago following some travel, and then developed a foot injury that stopped me from running/walking/stairmastering, etc. That ultimately led me to regain the ~5-8 pounds I had shed. It's discouraging, but at the same time, I'm still maintaining below my official WW goal.
I thought I'd at least check in here today and say "hi" and that I'm still alive.3 -
