3 mile walk in Central Park
Thank you for sharing your beautiful picture. I've never been to Central Park...and it should be on my list of places to visit! Always love to see pics of where other UAC members are walking/hiking. Nothing quite like bringing the outdoors inside on a rainy day!

Congratulations to all the winner's! I'm back on board too. October was my first month. I hope to do better this month since I have the hang of things. I plan to track better, be more involved in some of the daily discussions and loss about 8 pounds in the process.

Exercise: No, too hungover to move much
Calories: Probably not, ate a lot of leftovers
Tracked: No, everything I ate was homemade party food which is hard to track
Well, having a pass day on the 1st (again) doesn't feel so great, but from now on (starting Nov. 2) I'm back on track and it's my goal to try to get back into the Winner's Circle again
I lost sooo much progress in October due to binge eating (due to poorly managing my mental health) and I can't keep letting myself go throughout winter or I'll gain back everything I worked so hard to lose I gained 11+ pounds back and my health is crap so it's my goal the next few months (and onwards) to get back to where I was before in September I can't slack off this month! I want to enjoy Thanksgiving without feeling like I spent the entire month ignoring self care and letting my unhealthy eating habits continue. >:(
I threw a Halloween party on Wednesday and I made soooo much food, and everything came out so delicious and everyone that came is super proud of me! But I spent most of the day (Nov. 1) eating too much of the leftovers (i was so worried of running out of food but i actually made too much, i ended up with a huge surplus of mummy hotdogs lol!), and I couldn't exercise like I planned to because I was hungover and it hurt to move (i also spent 2 days prior deep cleaning the house and never sitting down too, so i was sore).
Today (Nov. 2) is a new beginning and I'm happy to be back on track, and to be back in the challenge. This time I won't quit just because of a few mistakes, I'm here to the end! 💪5 -

Personal goals for November:
1. Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC)
2. Not more than 3 pass days
3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month)
4. Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed
5. Encourage others where possible.
Looking forward to a successful November!

Isn't that annoying!
I actually don't log my exercise on MFP - I walk less than 3 miles usually so it's not much in terms of calories. Sometimes I'll only log just enough minutes to "stay" under my calories, lol1 -
Pass Day 1
Took a me day and didn't log or exercise. Food choices weren't great but as I student leave the house they were not too bad. I dont keep unhealthy options at home, so although I ate more than ideal the food wasn't too unhealthy in itself.
Although it wasn't great for this challenge, it was a good way for me to spend a day (as long as it is occasionally).1 -
Late sign-in...
