    Week-end is coming. Lots of baking planned; it'll be a challenge to track everything, I mean how do you not taste (and by taste I mean eat by the teaspoon) your cream cheese frosting or your custard sauce? I think I'll buy a pack of gums to occupy my mouth.

    Exercise: started at 5:30 a.m. with treadmill and skip rope cardio interspersed with sets of pushups. I got AWAKE
