You will post a pic of your weigh-in here sometime tomorrow. Let me know if you are having issues with them. I will be putting up the spreadsheets tonight for you guys to be ready to rock and roll.

247.0lbs starting weight
I don’t have a favourite exercise. It’d been a while...a few different health set backs. My goal is to lose 2 pounds by next week. #gethustlin0 -
Day 1, I've been super lazy lately, but when I do workout, I do Insanity, 21 Day Fix Extreme, or take walks.
